Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Consultation
Customers may request cancellation before the scheduled consultation. Cancellation requests should be sent as early as possible to allow review before the consultation time.
Completed Consultations
No refund will be provided after a consultation is completed.
Missed Appointments and No-Shows
No refund will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows where the customer does not attend the scheduled consultation.
Digital Reports
Digital reports are non-refundable once preparation or delivery has started.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability. Customers should contact VedaLogic before the scheduled consultation time to request a new slot.
Service Unavailability
If VedaLogic is unable to provide the service, a refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The final credit timeline may depend on the payment provider or bank.
